Jermaine Dixon, aged 46, was tragically killed on September 6, 2021, in South Ozone Park, Queens, New York. Dixon, a former gang member who had spent nearly two decades in prison for a 1992 murder and drug charges, was shot at point-blank range while getting into his car. The assailant, disguised in traditional Hasidic Jewish attire, ambushed Dixon and shot him in the back of the head.
