In the early morning hours of November 27, 2017, Brian Sean Housley, a 28-year-old White/Caucasian male from Ogden, Utah, was outside a residence on the 900 block of 16th Street when he was struck by gunfire. The shots were fired from a passing vehicle in what authorities have described as a drive-by shooting. Housley was critically injured, having been shot in the head. He was rushed to a local hospital where he fought for his life for three days before succumbing to his injuries on November 30 ...
