Dail Ramessar, a 21-year-old resident of Queens, New York, was tragically found dead on December 18, 2017. He was discovered in the driver's seat of a vehicle parked on 125th Street, near Phil "Scooter" Rizzuto Park in South Richmond Hill, Queens.
