Dominick Elijah Malivert, a 22-year-old man, lost his life on August 13, 2021, following a dispute inside a karaoke bar in Flushing, Queens. The altercation, which escalated to fatal violence, took place at approximately 1:00 AM at the K-Show Bar located at 38-10 138th Street.
