In the early morning hours in Queens, New York, a night out ended in tragedy for Jamie Robinson, a 33-year-old Jamaican man. Known to some as 'Stone Love', Robinson was fatally shot on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The incident unfolded around 4:30 a.m. near the intersection of Hollis Avenue and 199th Street in the Hollis neighborhood.
Robinson, a former footballer who had played for the Tivoli Gardens Football Club, had reportedly just left a local nightclub when the shooting occurred.
He was not the only victim in the attack; a second individual was also wounded and subsequently hospitalized.
