In the late summer of 2019, the family of 77-year-old Daniel Kwon was plunged into a period of profound uncertainty and distress. On September 3rd, Mr. Kwon, a paraplegic man who relied on an electric wheelchair for mobility, left his home in Chamblee, Georgia, and was never heard from again.
