In the Laurelton neighborhood of Queens, New York, a long-simmering family feud culminated in the tragic death of 66-year-old George Jacobs. On the morning of October 15, 2022, police responded to a call of a shooting at the single-family home where George resided with his elderly mother. Inside, they discovered him with three gunshot wounds to his chest. Despite being rushed to Jamaica Hospital, he could not be saved.
