Steven Daniels, a 23-year-old resident of Merrick Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens, was tragically shot and killed on September 18, 2020. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. near 351 Beach 88th Street in Rockaway Beach. Daniels was sitting in his car when an unidentified gunman approached and opened fire, hitting him in the left arm and torso.
