Reggie Nat White, a 37-year-old man from Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, was tragically found dead in Bayswater Park, Queens, New York, on April 22, 2017. The NYPD responded to reports of gunfire in the park around 9:15 p.m., alerted by the ShotSpotter system, which uses audio sensors to detect and locate gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered White lying unresponsive on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and torso. Emergency services pronounced him dead at the scene.
