Rufino Perez Villa, a 24-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2016. The incident occurred during a night of drinking and playfighting with friends in a basement apartment on National Street near 45th Avenue in Corona. According to reports, Christian Penaloza, a 29-year-old man with gang affiliations, was present with Perez Villa when the fatal incident happened.
