Noel Samuels, a 28-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2017. The incident occurred in South Jamaica, where Samuels was shot in the head near 120th Avenue and 140th Street around 11 p.m. He was quickly transported to Jamaica Hospital by emergency medical services but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
