Sean Overton, a 42-year-old resident of the Astoria Houses in Queens, New York, was tragically killed on April 5, 2015. The incident occurred just after 5 p.m. outside the Astoria Houses at 2-10 Astoria Blvd. Overton was found lying on his back with gunshot wounds to his neck and torso.
