Raymond Rue, a 41-year-old resident of Queens, New York, was tragically shot and killed on May 16, 2018. Rue, who worked as a porter at a women's health center, was found lifeless in the second-floor hallway of the Baisley Park Houses in Jamaica, Queens. The shooting occurred at point-blank range, and police believe it was a revenge killing, although they have not disclosed the specific motive behind the attack.
