On a Wednesday afternoon in Lanham, Maryland, the life of 39-year-old Kevin James was tragically cut short. On December 12, 2012, at approximately 3:10 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence in the 10100 block of Old Franklin Avenue following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered James inside his home, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
