In the spring of 2007, the life of 27-year-old Randy Alan Brooking was cut short by an act of violence in Prince George's County, Maryland. On the night of April 16, 2007, Brooking was shot and killed. The fatal incident occurred at approximately 10:57 p.m. near the intersection of Glenarden Parkway and Brightseat Road.
