Troy Foster, a 24-year-old resident of Southeast D.C., was found dead on August 11, 2017, in Lanham, Maryland. His body was discovered on a footpath in a wooded area in the 7000 block of Palamar Turn, with multiple gunshot wounds. The Prince George's County Police Department responded to a welfare check call at 9:15 a.m. and pronounced Foster dead at the scene.
