Bilal Rashad, a 24-year-old resident of Bowie, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2021, in Lanham, Maryland. The incident occurred around 4:00 p.m. when patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 9900 block of Good Luck Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered a crime scene but no immediate victims.
