On July 1, 2023, at approximately 5:40 p.m., a tragic incident occurred in Lanham, Maryland, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Malcolm Bradley from Washington, D.C. The shooting took place in a parking lot of the Carleton East apartment community in the 9800 block of Good Luck Road.
