Thomas Baldwin, a 29-year-old man from Fredericksburg, Virginia, was found dead on January 8, 2019, in the backyard of a home in Lanham, Maryland. Baldwin had been shot to death, and his body was discovered by a Greenbelt Police Officer during a welfare check at the residence on Lundy Drive. Baldwin had a criminal history, including a conviction for a drive-by shooting in 2011 that injured an 11-year-old boy. He was sentenced to five years in prison for that crime.
