In the early evening of May 2, 2014, Jason A. 'Jay' Ramirez, a 38-year-old male, was fatally shot on Schmarbeck Avenue in Buffalo, New York. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Broadway and Memorial Drive.
