Gregory Sammons-Burris, a 24-year-old resident of Elkton, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Officer Jeremy Fuller responded to a report of shots fired at Gooseneck Court. Upon arrival, Officer Fuller discovered Gregory Sammons-Burris lying in a fetal position between two townhomes.
