On a Wednesday evening in Elkton, Maryland, the life of 32-year-old Ronald Eugene Brown Jr. was tragically cut short. On September 29, 2021, at approximately 9:30 PM, the sound of multiple gunshots pierced the night in the unit block of Willow Court. When deputies from the Cecil County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene, they discovered Brown lying unresponsive in the roadway. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
