Ronald Eugene Brown Jr., a 32-year-old resident of Elkton, Maryland, tragically lost his life on the night of September 29, 2021. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM when the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office received multiple reports of gunfire in the unit block of Willow Court in Elkton.
