On May 21, 2023, at approximately 12:30 PM, deputies from the Cecil County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting at a residence on Farah Drive in Elkton, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered 41-year-old Michael Richard Bramowski unresponsive in the front yard, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
