On July 27, 2024, 26-year-old African American male Rayonta Fuller Anderson was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred around 12:46 a.m. in the 2600 block of Jan Drive, near East South Boulevard and Troy Highway. Upon arrival, police and fire medics found Rayonta Fuller Anderson deceased from a gunshot wound. Another adult male victim was also found with life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
