Terry Garnett Jr., a 37-year-old resident of Elkton, Maryland, died on March 11, 2015, as a result of a police-involved shooting. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. on Augustine Herman Highway (Md. 213) near Elkton. According to reports, Garnett was driving an SUV and refused to pull over for a traffic stop.
