NaQuan McRae, a 27-year-old man from New Castle, Delaware, was tragically shot and killed on May 15, 2021, in Elkton, Maryland. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a condominium complex located in the unit block of Willow Court. Maryland State Police responded to 911 calls reporting shots fired around 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found McRae lying in the parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Christiana Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
