In the quiet setting of a condominium complex in Elkton, Maryland, the life of 27-year-old NaQuan McRae was tragically cut short on the evening of May 15, 2021. A Black man from New Castle, Delaware, McRae was found lying in the parking lot on Willow Court with a gunshot wound.
