Walter Billy Manning III, a 30-year-old resident of Laurel, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2022. Manning was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning, around 12:40 a.m., in the 7200 block of East Ridge Drive in Hyattsville, Maryland. Responding officers from the Prince George's County Police Department found Manning outside, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
