In the early morning hours of November 10, 2022, the life of 30-year-old Walter Billy Manning III, a male resident of Laurel, Maryland, was tragically cut short. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:40 a.m., officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 7200 block of East Ridge Drive in Landover following reports of a shooting.
