In the summer of 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening calm at the intersection of 54th Avenue and Macbeth Street in Hyattsville, Maryland, forever altering the lives of three individuals and their families. On Friday, June 24th, Jeremiah Marlon Dingle, a 20-year-old man from Hyattsville, was caught in the violence along with two other people. All three victims were struck by bullets and made their way to a local hospital.
