On September 22, 1969, a day that should have been filled with preparations for a toddler's upcoming birthday, two-year-old Lori Mae Peugeot and her 21-year-old mother, Linda, vanished from LaVale, Maryland. The pair were temporarily residing with relatives in Bel Air while Lori's father, Gerald Peugeot, was serving overseas in the U.S. Navy.
