In the early hours of a summer morning in Dillon County, South Carolina, tragedy struck at the Pine Village Mobile Home Park. On June 16, 2020, Frederick Earl Cooper Jr., a 27-year-old male, was found shot to death, his life abruptly ended by an act of violence.
