Frederick Earl Cooper Jr., aged 27, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2020, in Dillon, South Carolina. Known affectionately as "Fred-Fred," he was a beloved member of his community, remembered for his humble spirit and infectious smile. His life was abruptly ended in the early morning hours of June 16, 2020, when he was fatally shot at the Pine Village Mobile Home Park in Dillon County. The incident also claimed the life of his close friend, Timothy Montrice Miles III, aged 26.
