The other victim was identified as 23-year-old Dontavies Rogers.
Born on September 30, 2004, in Dillon to Sharon Peterson and Kendall Wilson, TyQuan was known for his love of music and his enjoyment of being surrounded by family and friends. Those who knew him described him as a fun and helpful young man who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He was a loving son and brother, cherished by his family.
