On the evening of March 21, 2024, in Dillon, South Carolina, tragedy struck when Quentin Stafford Berry, a 38-year-old man from Hamer, was fatally shot. The Dillon County Sheriff's Office received a call at approximately 9:48 p.m. reporting gunfire on Amherst Court.
