Jermeer Banks, a 23-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on May 6, 2023. The incident occurred near the Wolf's Cove Apartments in Bedford, where Banks and another victim, 29-year-old Paris Garrett, were found after suffering gunshot wounds.
