In the small community of Dillon, South Carolina, the life of 15-year-old Janare Fletcher was tragically cut short on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. A Black male, Janare was a student at Dillon High School and was looking forward to his junior year. He was known by those who loved him as a caring and respectful young man who had a passion for sports and cherished his family and friends.
