Davaun Winters, a 17-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on July 15, 2019. His body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds near the intersection of Broadway and Osceola in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of St. Louis^1^.
