In the spring of 2020, the life of Randy Moore, a 30-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of St. Louis, Missouri. On the evening of April 9th, officers responded to a call in the 3700 block of Aldine Avenue to find Moore lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
