Randy Moore, a 30-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on April 9, 2020. On that fateful night, officers responded to a call at the 3700 block of Aldine Avenue at approximately 9:24 p.m. They found Moore lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
