J'Shaun Thompson, a 20-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of August 2, 2022, in the DeBaliviere Place neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Officers found Thompson in the 5500 block of Pershing Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds around 8:20 p.m. He was immediately taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
