In the winter of 2019, a life was tragically cut short on the streets of St. Louis. Torrence Stone, a 25-year-old male, was found fatally shot inside a car on a Friday night. The grim discovery was made in the 4000 block of St. Louis Avenue, where police responded to a call for a shooting and found Stone already deceased at the scene. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his chest.
