Tommy Lee Parnell Jr., aged 47, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2020, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Parnell was found shot to death near the sidewalk in the 1300 block of Madison Street around 6:30 p.m. on that fateful day^2^. The investigation into his death revealed that he had been blocked in by a car, shot, and then pistol-whipped^3^. Blood droplets belonging to Parnell were later found inside the suspect's vehicle, a 2008 Ford Focus^2^.
