Martin Rybialek, aged 42, was found dead on January 12, 2022, in the basement of an apartment building located in the 2700 block of Dalton Avenue, in the Southwest Garden neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Officers responded to a report of shots fired just before 6:40 a.m. and discovered Rybialek fatally shot at the scene. He was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival. The incident is being investigated as a homicide.
