Devion Falls, a 22-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2015. Falls was shot on Suburban Avenue near Maple in the afternoon. The incident was part of an apparent attempted robbery where Falls and his companions were meeting Jamel Yates to purchase firearms. During the meeting, Yates brandished a firearm and began shooting at Falls and his brother, Darereon Falls, as they attempted to flee. Devion Falls was fatally wounded in the shooting.
