Devon Key, a 24-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2021, in a triple homicide incident. The Kansas City Police Department responded to reports of gunshots near 27th Street and Spruce Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims, including Devon Key, Kanen Wheaton (24), and Johnnai Owens (23), who were all pronounced dead at the scene.
