In the late summer of 2016, the life of a young Kansas City man, Bladimir Berzunza, was tragically cut short. On the morning of September 18th, a grim discovery was made in a patch of tall grass in the 2200 block of Chelsea Avenue. It was there that the body of the 20-year-old male, also known as Bladimir Berzunza-Perez, was found.
