In the early morning hours of April 16, 2018, the life of Craig Tonkinson, a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. Police responded to reports of a shooting shortly before 4 a.m. near 40th and Garfield in Kansas City, Missouri, where they discovered Tonkinson deceased from gunshot wounds.
