Elliott Herring, a 29-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically passed away on August 19, 2019. Initially, his death was thought to be the result of a pedestrian accident. However, further investigation by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that Herring's death was a homicide. His body was discovered near Interstate 49 and Red Bridge Road, close to a vehicle that did not belong to him. This discovery marked the 91st homicide in Kansas City for that year.
