On a Friday night in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of 39-year-old Lloyd Vincent III was tragically cut short. On April 8, 2016, at approximately 9:30 p.m., gunfire erupted at an apartment complex located in the 6400 block of Manchester Avenue. Vincent was struck by the bullets in a violent encounter that also left another individual wounded.
