Donald Donato Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2014. According to reports, Donato was shot in the parking lot of a Price Chopper located at 5800 Wilson Avenue. The incident occurred in the early afternoon, around 1:15 p.m., when Donato and a female companion were inside the store.
