In the late hours of a Sunday in the fall of 2018, the life of Mark William Bogert, a 54-year-old man from Kansas City, Missouri, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On September 30th, police were dispatched to a home in Raytown, near 350 Highway and 75th Street, following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
