Early in the morning on Saturday, June 13, 2015, 37-year-old Stacy L. Conrad Jr., a male resident of Kansas City, Missouri, became the victim of a violent homicide. The incident occurred outside the River Aces bar, located near the intersection of 18th and Swift streets in North Kansas City.
