Isaac Sims, a 26-year-old Iraq War veteran from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically died on May 25, 2014, during a police standoff at his home. Sims, who had served two tours in Iraq, suffered from severe Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
